Are you addicted to coffee and needed that to jump start your body? Many of us are doing all that we can to feel that boost of energy to do the things that we need to do. That is why there are caf stores that sprung up in cities that have lots of young professionals to keep them on their toes.

Many of us need coffee to be productive. But caffeine doesn’t only exist in coffee. You could also find it in chocolate bars, apples, teas and colas. There are also energy drinks that have a high caffeine content that is developed in the market. They thought that having to drink coffee and other energy drinks can replace adrenal fatigue supplements. This is a common misconception, but instead, too much of taking in caffeine can be damaging to your adrenal fatigue nutrition. Although they give you that energy to start your morning, but it also have it setbacks.

Too much of drinking coffee and taking up caffeine in your body can cause irregular hear palpitations. Although it makes you alert, but after that caffeine fix it would increasingly drop your mental alertness. Also research states that caffeine is addictive, thus it will hook you on drinking cup after cup of coffee.

Obesity is also associated with caffeine and it could wake you up the entire night, thus disrupting your sleeping habit. It will also give you migraines and makes you lose your appetite. Since caffeine has the ability to keep you temporarily active and awake, you may tend to ignore the need to have sufficient rest and sleep. Caffeine may perk you up for a while but too much of it may affect your well-being in the long run.

Certainly too much of it could ruin your health. So, the solution is to decide to tone down the intake of coffee or caffeine to have a better lifestyle. Get enough sleep and nourish your body with healthy food and supplements. Isn’t this what our ancestors taught us since the beginning of time? Well, time to go back to the basics.
